Organic Oilve Oil-Our Home made Production
The owners of L’Olmo have been devoted themselves passionately to the quality of their Olive Oil for years, personally following the production processes up to the harvesting.
In their estate in Cetona, not far from L’Olmo, they have different varieties of olive trees: Pendolino, Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo compose a flavour blend which has been refined over the years, obtaining the Organic Certification for the absence of chemical products.
The Oil of Podere San Giovanni has a leafy aftertaste, a very low acidity and it is characterized by a fruity, spicy and slightly bitter flavour, thanks to the cold pressing and the milling, rigorously carried out within 6 hours from the harvesting.
As per the best Extra Virgin Olive Oils, it has antioxidant and organoleptic properties: the base of the good Mediterranean cuisine and of a healthy life.
